Asolo Prosecco Extra Dry D.O.C.G. Le Clivie, holding a level of excellence among the various types of Prosecco, is cultivated in the Colli Asolani, at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level, in a well-preserved environment.
In this area, biodiversity is guaranteed by the coexistence of woods, vineyards and the preservation of historical varieties. Steep terrain, where the vines are tended by hand, sometimes in extreme situations.
Asolo is a windy area, with the breeze that blows from the Alps and the sea causing changes between daytime and night-time temperatures that influence the aromas of the grapes.
The special characteristics of this area contribute to offering a crisp sparkling wine with a strong territorial identity.
Asolo Prosecco Extra Dry D.O.C.G. Le Clivie is an elegant wine of outstanding structure and flavour, with a fruity aroma, smooth and harmonious on the palate.
Best Sparkling Wines for Wine Buyers 2024 at London Wine Competition
The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 24 months
We recommend tasting in Riedel glasses in order to best appreciate its quality, capture its aroma and avoid dispersion of the perlage.
